Data controller
The controller of this website and of the processing of your personal data is the Privé Vault Club team, reachable at moonlightwizard@proton.me.
What data we collect
When you create an account we collect your email and a password (always stored hashed, never in plain text). If you use the catalog, we also log which products you view and which agent links you click, to improve the service and measure which agents perform best. We don't collect payment data — Privé Vault Club doesn't process any charges.
Purpose of processing
We use your data to manage your account and session, show you the full catalog if you're registered, and analyze in aggregate which products and agents generate the most interest to improve the catalog.
Cookies
We use a single necessary, technical (session) cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Who we share your data with
We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use technical providers that host the site's infrastructure (hosting on Vercel, database on Neon, image storage on Vercel Blob), who only process the data strictly necessary to run the service.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account stays active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to moonlightwizard@proton.me.
Your rights
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to, or request portability of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to moonlightwizard@proton.me.
Minors
This service is not directed at minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll post any changes on this same page along with the last-updated date.
